Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 222vet platform — all information about your rights and responsibilities is included here.

1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 222vet platform and all its services. By registering on 222vet or using the platform, you confirm that you fully accept these Terms.

222vet is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slots and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. In these Terms, "you" or "user" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.

Important: These Terms form a legal agreement. Read the full document before you start using the platform. If any part is unclear, contact our support team.

These Terms are written in Bengali and are specifically intended for users in Bangladesh. If any content exists in English or another language, the Bengali version will take precedence.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To participate on the 222vet platform, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is only for users aged 21 and above.
  • You must register using genuine personal information.
  • You may not hold more than one account.
  • The account must be in your own name — operating an account on behalf of someone else is not permitted.
  • You are accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not prohibited.
Use of the platform by minors (under 21) is strictly prohibited. If age cannot be verified during identity checks, the account will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited.

222vet may request identity verification documents (national ID, birth certificate) at any time. Failure to submit the required documents will result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

You need to create an account to access the platform. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our live chat support immediately.

  • A maximum of one account per person is allowed.
  • Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.
  • Use a strong password and change it regularly.
  • Always log out after using a public device.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

222vet follows an identity verification (KYC) process to ensure safe and fair service. Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

222vet supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).

Please note: The minimum deposit is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

  • Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
  • Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment account from which the deposit was made.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times (10x).

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

  • The specified wagering requirement (10x) must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Each promotion has its own validity period — the bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
  • More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user.
  • 222vet reserves the right to change promotion terms or cancel a promotion at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The 222vet VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver and up to 1.5% at Gold. Moving up to a higher tier depends on regular participation on the platform.

Important: Fraudulent activity to earn bonuses (multiple accounts, use of bots) is prohibited. In such cases, bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

All bets are accepted and settled according to the platform's established rules. 222vet reserves the right to cancel bets accepted due to technical errors or incorrect odds. The original stake will be refunded for any cancelled bet.

6.2 Maximum Winnings Limit

A maximum winnings limit applies to each game and betting market. This limit may vary by game and 222vet may change this limit at any time.

6.3 Betting Currency

All bets are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Betting is available across various sports markets including cricket, football and kabaddi.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Placing bets using bots, scripts or automation software.
  • Strategically placing opposing bets from multiple accounts to circumvent bonus conditions (arbitrage).
  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.
  • Harassing or defrauding other users.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your location.
If fraudulent activity is detected, 222vet reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by 222vet

222vet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in cases of breach of Terms, fraudulent activity or security risks. Deposited funds may be forfeited if the account is closed due to a breach of Terms.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. Withdraw any outstanding balance before closing the account. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming — visit our Responsible Gaming page for details.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 consecutive months or more). 222vet will send the user a notification before the account becomes inactive.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

222vet gives the highest priority to protecting your personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

  • Your personal information will be used only to provide services.
  • Information is not sold to third parties.
  • Information may be provided to relevant authorities where required by law.
  • Limited information may be shared with payment partners for payment processing purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability

222vet is not liable for:

  • Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical problems.
  • Issues related to third-party services (payment gateways).
  • Loss caused by user negligence or account credential exposure.
  • Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
  • Financial loss resulting from participation in games.

The 222vet platform may be temporarily unavailable due to service interruptions, maintenance or upgrades. Users will be notified in advance where possible in such situations.
